					<description><![CDATA[OH YUM!!!!! This looks like not only a great sauce by itself, but can be expanded upon very easily!!! I am going to add some chipotle or other hot pepper to this for starters!

For those who live in US, there is an amazing company on East Coast who make Miso &amp; Tamari the old traditional ways: http://www.southrivermiso.com . They make a Chickpea Tamari and an Adzuki Bean Tamari neither of which has soy... !! (And are not super salty.) It seems spendy yet is well worth the far superior quality, imo...
