					<description><![CDATA[I find that sweet potatoes start turning black pretty soon after slicing... gonna try this with putting in the toaster immediately... yet maybe you have a secret that will keep them from discoloring~~~ ? When sauteing, I get them in the oil ASAP.. yet feel scared to put oil on something going in the toaster...
