Ingredients
- Tofu (Extra thin and Naked)
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic (Crushed)
- Ginger (Crushed)
- Flour
- Marinade
- Water
- Spring Onion
- Red Chili
- Corn Flour
Instructions
- Cut tofu into cubes and toss with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger
- Cover with clean wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes
- Coat with flour
- Heat pan and fry tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides and drain oil
- Sau·té leftover marinade, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, ginger, spring onion, red chili and add corn-flour and water (until desired consistency)
- Prepare rice in bowls and place tofu cubes
- Drizzle special sauce and enjoy
