- 6 White Potato (large)
- Skewer
- Dairy Free Butter
- 1.5 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Pin large potato in skewer and slice a spiral cut around the sides.
- Stretch potato to expose the cuts.
- Brush potato with dairy free butter until fully coated
- Mix all the spices and coat potato.
- Place in pan and cook in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and enjoy while hot!
